Furthermore, my passion for patient-centered care fuels my work as Patient Experience & Digital Health Lead at the Crohn &Colitis Foundation of Israel & Sheba Tel HaShomer City Of Health, where I use technology to empower patients and improve their healthcare experience.Lead for Patient Journey, Patient Experience, and Digital Health at CCFI (Crohn & Colitis Foundation of Israel) and the Gastroenterology Department at Sheba Tel HaShomer City of Health& Sheba ARC Innovation Center: In my role, I work collaboratively with the industry, healthcare professionals, and software companies to advise on patient programs and develop digital solutions that focus on adherence and disease management. I also develop Patient Reported Outcomes(PRO) tools and have a clear understanding of how quality of life (QOL) impacts a patient's journey and how to translate that understanding into action for various patient projects.
