Agrotrade Supply LLC is a group of companies operating in the country’s agroindustrial sector, offering customers high-quality agricultural and food products. Operating within the company are a flour mill, feed factory, soybean processing plant, 2 bakeries, as well as bakery and confectionery product factories. Besides, ATS Group is engaged in agricultural activities on an area of 11 thousand hectares.The prime objective of creating Agrotrade Supply enterprises is to support domestic development of the non-oil sector, as well as create and preserve permanent workplaces.

- Develop and implement a Procurement strategy for the group-To establish, harmonise and maintain appropriate formalized purchasing policies, compliance andprocedures across the organisation, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and the group’s Code of Conduct- Continually improve purchasing methods and deliver cost savings to the organisation To undertake an initial review of the existing purchase ordering process and then implement continuous improvements as necessary to ensure that costs are monitored, reviewed and controlled within budgetary constraints and in line with company procedures.- Assist Finance and budget holders with the budget and forecasts - To consult/work with other senior managers on specific initiatives as required

 Manage tender processes at PMD GROUP LLC Agri and FMCG daughter companies Develop and implement a Procurement strategy for the group

-Preparing bid documents, execution of bid procedures including correspondence with bidders, clarifications, bid opening, bid evaluation, negotiations and contract awards, as well as post award roles-Processing purchase requests, soliciting quotations and bids, negotiating prices and terms, making evaluation reports, originating purchase orders-Corresponding and communicating with suppliers and departments regarding services and complaints-Taking part in updating and preparation of internal procurement rules and regulations to improve flawless implementation of procurement procedures- Developing and maintaining vendor database.

• Responsible for the planning, personnel and delivery of the LCC by creating a fit for purpose Logistic Command Centre capable of co-ordinating all Logistics activities in support of the Games• Responsible for the detailed scheduling of all the LCC Staff• Responsible for ensuring that there is consistent and adequate coverage of all logistic services at all appropriate times• Provide the Logistics Command function in direct support of all (Venue Logistic Managers) VLM’s and all (Cluster Venue Logistic Managers) CVLM’s• Responsible for communicating any changes to schedules or information in an accurate and efficient manner to whom it concerns• Responsible for reporting directly to the Games Operations Centre (GOC) and providing timely and accurate daily Logistic Situation Reports (SITREP’s)• Enforce co-ordination between the Logistics FA and all Logistic Service Providers• Provide the focal point for the end to end logistics operation through to asset disposal• Responsible for the dissolution phase regarding the drawdown and closure of the LCC• Develop a sound working knowledge of the Master Delivery Schedule (MDS)• Manage the relationships with service providers and contractors to ensure efficient and effective delivery• Build and manage a high performance team, including performance management, resolving problems, coaching, objective setting and other duties related to managing a team• Ensure all contractors compliance to Health & Safety standards• Responsibilities of this role will evolve during the lifespan of the Organising Committee and it is likely that the role profile will evolve with the changing needs of The Games.

Driving procurement compliance via face to face meetings with suppliers• Conducting regular supply chain reviews• Monitoring of key accounts on a regular basis• Evaluate vendors based on price, quality, availability, reliability and technical support• Taking on-site tours of factories and plants, and researching trade journals, publications and catalogs• Liaising across departments to identify procurement needs• The ability to create detailed accurate reports

●Analyze current pricing strategies for market's product lines identify margin improvement opportunities, and proactively provide recommendations to Procurement Manager.●Support strategic pricing initiatives through accurate and timely processing of price agreements.●Initiate discussions with management and sales teams on risks and opportunities related to pricing and develop action plan to drive profitable volume and margins● Identity opportunities to streamline, automate pricing processes for better control and compliance.

• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders;• Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase orders and supporting documents to supplier.• Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.• Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.• Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies.• Contributes to consolidation, reduction, and rationalization of the local supplier base.
