- Lead and manage technical team of 10 professional employees (Engineers And QA) - Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the people, resources and processes required to deliver the software: Requirements, Planning, Analysis, Design, Architecture, ALM, DB and development.- Keep the development team on track and happy where possible- Project planning and prioritization - Be the voice of the team in the business and the voice of the business within the team

* Lead and Manage technical teams of 24 professional employees, four developments teams each team consists of three developers and a team leader, one QA team of 2 employees, be part of the analysis team, one integration team (contains one DBA).* Manage large-scale engineering projects (SIS, Edu Book, Financial, SIMS) by defining project scope, methodologies, and deliverables; providing leadership in technical design; estimating and obtaining resources; developing schedules; assigning work to technical staff members and coordinating work assignments; and reviewing and monitoring progress and results.* Analyze project results and adjusts assigned resources to maintain engineering goals and milestones.* Manage the User Experience/User Interface implementation of new features and maintenance of existing features.* Continuously learning new skills, engineering methodologies and approaches.* Apply agile methodology (SCRUM) in the development process using Microsoft team foundation server (TFS).
