responsible for directly overseeing the recruitment function and staff, and for identifying and hiring high quality talent through improvement and expansion of the existing staffing system and procedures. The incumbent ensures that the staffing needs of ESNAAD are met with highly competent manpower through the effective implementation of the National Recruitment program, Internal Posting.
