•Assists in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through communications or meetings.•Prepares reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs.•Coordinate with the Department Manager to develop job description and responsibilities for any new added position in the Company’s organization structure. •Create and maintain performance evaluation templates for training and payroll purposes•Communicate and maintains relationships with governmental bodies (Ministry of Labour, Labour Market Regulatory Authority, Immigration Directorate) in all matters relevant to employees.•Maintain and update employees’ leave balances on monthly basis.•Identify training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with General Managers and supervisors.•Design and expand training programs based on the organizations and individual needs.•Monitor and review the progress of trainees through feedback, regular assessments and discussions with direct managers.•Design and develop Annual Training Plan for the group based on the organizations, and on individual’s needs.•Keep up to date with developments in training through regular follow up with specific council and high council.•Attend meetings and relevant courses regarding Training and career development in Bahrain.•Develop and deliver appropriate training within the budget.•Search for training suppliers regarding suitable courses for the company.•Assist employees with work matters, career development and personal matters.•Interview people and record relevant personal and work details to match them with appropriate jobs.•Effectively utilize Tamkeen schemes to develop the company and employee needs.

Handling Tamkeen sponsored projects:•CIPS – UK•Retail – UK •Warehouse – UK-Screen Candidates.-Conduct Interviews.-Prepare contracts and pay stipend.-Register candidates into the respective courses and maintain an attendance log for the candidates.-Prepare routine reports regarding the courses conducted with feedback forms from the candidates.-Prepare and update individual files in the system-Manage and control Placement tests and final Examinations for the candidates.-Coordinate events and Activities for example; training venues, graduation ceremonies and meetings with clients.-Communicate effectively with clients regarding the training courses which we provide in order to suit their needs.-Timely dispatch of invoices, certificates and candidate evaluations to client.-Completing relevant paper work for new employees and contract renewals Coordinate with Tamkeen.
