This experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of diverse extraction techniques (HPLC, GC, FTIR, NMR, DLS, LC/Mass) and physicochemical characterization methods (such as texture analysis) for isolating biomolecules like polysaccharides, proteins, and phenolics for food applications. Beyond extraction, my expertise extends to advanced purification methodologies, including bioactivity-guided approaches. This enables me to isolate functional molecules tailored for specific applications such as nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or cosmetic ingredients. I am particularly passionate about exploring these compounds' potential to address health concerns such as oxidative stress, cancer, and microbial infections.Furthermore, my research endeavors have involved studying the structure-function relationships of isolated compounds.
