I am a board certified pediatrician with over 17 years of experience in multiple clinical settings. I have worked as a hospitalist, Urgent care physician, outpatient practice as well as in home care. What I truly enjoy is connecting to my patients. To fully answer parents questions and quell their fears.I realized that as a pediatrician in a traditional clinical setting there was so much that we didn't have time to discuss. This lead parents to look to places like the internet for answers. In my coaching and telemedicine practice I hope to give parents piece of mind. A place to ask questions freely with no time constraints. And a way to get access to immediate care from the comfort of your own home. There's many things that can be diagnosed and many questions that can be answered in a virtual visit.I'm big advocate for supporting guilt free parenting for moms. Stress free (or stress reduced parenting). This is my passion project of starting my blog. As a voice to other mothers that may be struggling with the day to day of motherhood, especially while balancing a career outside of the home.As soon as I became a mother, I had a completely new appreciation for the balance of motherhood and career. My desire to be a stay at home mom but still maintain my own identity and have an outlet that was just for me. What I've learned is we can do it all, we just can't do it all at the same time. There are no wrong choices, just best decisions for you and your family.I am a huge advocate for being there for yourself, filling your cup so that you can pour from a full loving cup to those around you. We need to be our best selves to give our best selves.This includes nourishing my body with simple but healthy meals (not a gourmet cook!), daily exercise, and nourishing my soul with daily meditation and personal development.
