The Opportunity Project for Cities (TOPC) is a 22-week design sprint partnering city governments with tech experts and community organizations to develop equitable, open data tools that address a local challenge. - Spearhead and advise the integration of research and data equity methods and strategies to build public servants' competencies and confidence to address local challenges and community inequities in local government projects from participatory research methods to evidence-based testing and measurement.- Lead comprehensive program evaluation, analyzing surveys and interviews by completing descriptive, exploratory, and inferential analyses, and developing a dynamic R shiny dashboard and Quatro reports. Deliver actionable recommendations that enhance program effectiveness and data-driven decision-making- Conduct human-centered design workshops and learning sessions, coaching teams in antiracist design principles, leading to four successful product launches.

- Currently modeling and computing greenhouse gas emissions for food items with climate data labels in JHU dining site menus. Using World Resource Institute resources and datasets to calculate emissions for each food item as part of a grant-funded climate data label intervention to provide data for climate impact assessment and contribute to sustainability efforts in dining choices at Johns Hopkins.- Performed statistical analysis with Food + Planet to gain insights from a national survey on sustainability's role in dietetics and nutrition. Used Python for data cleaning, organization, and transformation, applying statistical methods, including handling missing data to extract key insights from 1,500 survey responses. Collaborated with leadership to frame stories and narratives and co-authored a publication. Currently strategizing for longitudinal data analysis and dashboard development.- Led a research project with Meatless Monday to understand how MM compaigns are implemnted in communities across the US. Conducted extensive qualitative data collection and analysis, including digital cultural probes and participatory interviews, to understand campaign impact in diverse cultural contexts and dietary habits.

Built quantitative models of low-GHG technology deployment, work with businesses to help them understand their climate impact, and develop data science tools to advance sustainability.This includes developing technical solution models of low-GHG technologies and relevant markets through secondary research and engaging in peer review of one another’s models.

This resulted in 100% increase in comic book orders and web traffic.
