I am currently an independent interdisciplinary artist working in fields of sculpting, writing and photography. Making artwork underpinned by research in the fields of urban design, feminism, social theory and socioeconomics as well as speculating on life in a pre-internet Saudi Arabia. Since 2019, I have independently produced artworks, wrote art reviews and advised on art and culture planning and events. My artwork and writings were exhibited and published inside and outside Saudi Arabia, and I have completed four art residencies in Spain, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.Artwork:- Nfah 2020: A series of miniature sculptors of Saudi women of the 1980-90s. It is study and body of artwork on the relation between urban landscaping and human behavior specific to Saudi women in 1990s Riyadh. The work aims to evoke nostalgia of a recent past and calls for the visual documentation of pre-internet Saudi women's lives. Recently shown at Shara Art Fair/ Saudi Art Council, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.- Subabat 2021: a photo essay of 20 pages, 10 photographs and a short video on the history of female Saudi hospitality caterers called “Subabat”. The photos were the first visual documentation of individual Subabat to be publicly shared on a wide regional and international scale. Campaign Manager for STC Pay, ​an innovative, Saudi-grown digital payment solution ​and a subsidiary of the Saudi Telecom Company “STC”​.- Received 7 various regional branding and marketing awards on behalf of STC PayMarketing Department.- Worked on organizing the launch event for STC Pay with an attendance of ministers, CEOs and VPs of international companies in related fields of technology, banking, finance and business, featuring live presentations of the app at the gala event, and a full-fledged outdoor and digital launch campaign across Saudi in October 2018​.- Managed the brand and creative communications for STC Pay.- Presented at the WSIS conference in Geneva, April 2019, highlighting in detail the digital transformation led by STC Pay in Saudi Arabia.- Managed and executed continuous campaigns building awareness on the app and increasing usage and customer and merchant acquisition.- Planned, managed and executed participations in various local and regional financial and tech events where STC Pay was a sponsor.- Built, oversaw and managed content across platforms (app, website, printed material, campaigns) in Arabic, English and 7 other languages).- Oversaw and managed the brand and branding activities across all platforms.

Worked as a Creative Manager for the Center for International Communications (CIC), an initiative under the Ministry of Media.- Advised the Minister of Media on the digital & design front and worked on rebranding a cohesive government brand identity for the ministry,- Led a team of designers and copywriters and oversaw all design work to highlight various aspects of Saudi culture, history and youth,- Created marketing plans for external campaigns and projects in Europe and the US, and for local digital campaigns,- My illustrative artwork for the Ministry of Media has been picked up by Richard Branson and posted to his blog, virgin.com and by Bill Aulet, Managing Director of Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship.- Davos 2018: -- Represented Saudi Arabia in the World Economic Forum in Davos in 2018 in adelegation with Adaa (The National Center for Performance Measurement) as a secondee. Scope of work included assisting in managing Adaa’s communication and PR, overseeing all content and communication, and working on overall coverage of Adaa’s participation in the forum.-- Interviewed ministers and high ranking officials attending Davos to cover the event from an international perspective on Saudi Arabia for the Center for International Communications/ Ministry of Media.

Worked as a creative content writer and translator for various global and local private and government entities during this time period as a contractor:KPMG, SAGIA, DZIT, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Defence & Aviation, Airbus Defence & Space, Middle East Facility Management Association [MEFMA], Advertising Agencies, various researches on Arts and Education, artists' biographies and articles on art.

- Prepared tax returns for large and small businesses and reviewed financial records such as income statements and documentation of expenditures.- Advised foreign clients on the formation of their new companies or branches in Saudi Arabia starting with consulting them on the optimal entering structure, to preparing their articles of association and registering them. - Prepared in-depth advice reports to clients on various tax issues from a Saudi Tax & Zakat perspective and optimal business entry into Saudi market.- Registered companies with Saudi Government bodies, i.e. the Department of Zakat and Income Tax (DZIT), the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA), and the Labour Office.
