Some Tasks and Responsibilities :-Manages MEP models in collaboration with other trade-specific models, ensuring timely delivery of coordination, shop, and as-built drawings, schedules, and takeoffs.-Communicates effectively across project duration with estimators, project managers, fabricators, contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams to facilitate project components’ organization and application.-Ensures compliance with project requirements and industry standards in all BIM models.-Reports to BIM Manager and collaborates with the site project team.-Collaborates with consultant teams to resolve issues.-Manages the project schedule, quality, and internal manpower arrangement for BIM projects.-Creates special equipment and components family.
