I am a proactive and goal-oriented Architectural Engineer and experienced CAD draftsperson with over Seventeen years of professional working experience in industrial, educational, commercial and residential projects. I have excellent hands-on experience of AutoCAD drafting for Civil, Structural, Electrical and Mechanical drawings with proven records of successfully performed projects in different design phases from concept to construction detail design and as-built.I Held the various branches of drafting and architectural engineering before taking up senior level of engineering and drafting positions.Ensuring the project delivery within scheduled time and budget while maintaining client satisfaction and quality of products has been my day-to-day task for past several years.Skills- Professional in architectural design of industrial, educational, commercial, landscaping, and residential- Proficient in AutoCAD drafting and modeling: concept, Basic, Detail, Construction Drawings, and As-built.- Provide architectural submittal drawings in compliance with contract documents, standards, and within the specified budget and timeline- Provide technical assistance to project management team- Be able to work in a deadline driven work environment- Ability to work independently and good teamwork skills- Good working knowledge of Autodesk: AutoCAD, 3DMax;
