As the Engagement Manager, my role entails a mix of Account Management with a large portfolio of clients, as well as leading strategic initiatives to identify key customer KPIs, measuring client health and identifying insights and trends to shape the way we interact with our customers.

In this role, I managed a diverse portfolio of 37 customers with a 100% retention rate. I served as an escalation point for my customers' support cases, performed strategic quarterly business reviews, identified and executed contracts for up-sell opportunities, as well as served as a Project Manager for some larger implementations and Managed Services projects. As 1 of 6 CSMs at Fonteva, I brought in 58% of my team's 2019 revenue for license and professional services up-sells. Additionally, a large number of my customers served as Case Studies for Fonteva as well as frequent referrals.

Arlington, Virginia

In this role, I created and managed Fonteva’s first formal Training Department with an achieved goal to make the department revenue-generating within two years of its conception. I personally developed classroom courses, e-learning modules, video tutorials, and technical documentation. Pre-automation, I wrote thousands of test cases and managed our QA team for several major product releases. I had the privilege to travel globally for on-site customer training and side-by-side consulting work, providing quality Salesforce and Fonteva demos that go above and beyond basic knowledge of the product and show enthusiasm and passion.

Washington D.C. Metro Area

In this role, I implemented, designed, and managed the "NCURA" app (c. 2014) as well as served as the point of contact for implementing NCURA's Learning Management System (LMS). Additionally, I managed all of NCURA's educational programs and content, serving NCURA's 7000+ members. I was the editor of programs for all national conferences, including managing content for over 400 sessions yearly. I self-taught graphic design in order to bring previously outsourced marketing projects in-house.
