Maintain fixed assets sub ledger and related entries (depreciation & amortization).-Prepare month and year end closing entries & necessary reconciliations.-Prepare set of monthly required reports.-Coordinating with internal & external auditors regarding completing all externalauditors’ requirements up to issuing the financials statement of the company.-Assisting in all duties of the Accounting Manager as instructed by him.- Prepare all daily on-line bank transactions and report of daily cash flow accordingly.-Recording of transactions in the Accounting system, run reports from theaccounting system as and when required.-Matching all statement of account (SOA) between the holding company & sister’sand affiliated companies, on monthly basis and determine & adjust the differencesaccordingly-Review all the contracts before posting to general ledger (GL.).-Maintain, reconcile and report all the accounts payable and accounts receivable.-Manage and maintain General Ledger (GL) system on EBS (Enterprise BusinessSolutions)- Manage and maintain all activities related to the company's accounts i.e. financialstatements, supporting, schedules, etc.- Closing the annual financial statements with the Office of Chartered Accountant (E&Y and Ahmed Tayseer Office for Certified Public Accountants )-Review the draft of annual financial statements before approval by the Director ofFinance and the Board of Directors- Oversee the accounts payable module for the company to ensure the accuracy ofpostings- Prepare and monitor reconciliation bank statement with Company banks on amonthly and quarterly basis- Provide support to the MIS and Reporting units in the preparation of keydocuments i.e. company financials, Monthly management accounts, Board packs.- Provide support to HR in verifying the payroll process- Act as the key point of contact for all finance-related issues-Support and assist in other duties or special projects as requiredAssist the IT department
