We accomplished this by focusing on increasing availability of our products at the time farmers need them. Since increasing forecast accuracy in agriculture is nearly impossible due to long-term unpredictability of the weather, we decided to plan our delivery to deal with the unexpected, and built an agile operations platform that lets us react quickly to market pull, thus providing better service to our customers. Through our improved global processes, we have been able to increase product availability while simultaneously decreasing inventory levels. Responsibilities and milestones:• Transformed the planning and supply processes to increase efficiency and improve customer service• Manage ~2500 employees in direct and matrixed reporting lines• Oversee 18 factories around the world• Full integration of manufacturing and operational hub in China, • Coordinate with environmental regulatory bodies in Israel and abroadDuring the 6 years, under my leadership as an Executive VP for Global Operations, Adama has become the best in class within its Industry on all aspects of Supply Chain and Inventory management. In addition we have managed to drastically reduce the cost of goods which reflects in huge improvement on all aspects of the buisiness performances.
