Project Lead supporting ESP testing and validation operations. Working to ensure compliance with standards and requirements through MOC and SOP reviews, to support deepwater projects.Supporting multi-disciplinary team developing next generation gas-lift equipment for deepwater deployment. Ensuring that equipment meets internal requirements and providing direction for experts during the development phase. Providing internal training for new staff, and assisting field staff for operational or optimization issues.

Work in house with major on daily operations for artificial lift. Interface with completions, reservoir, and field operations to maintain communications and deliver increasing run times.

Onshore and offshore Artificial Lift (ESP) design, optimization, and diagnostics. Real-Time surveillance and remote monitoring of wells. HPS for salt water disposal and waterflood.

Field resource for Real-Time communications equipment and troubleshooting. Assisted senior FST's in ESP installations and performed ESP pulls as backup FST.
