As a Program Assistant at ISRAEL21c, I contribute to the success of the Digital Ambassador Program and other ISRAEL21c programs. I handle a variety of administrative tasks and offer insights to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of these programs. More specifically, I draft and send out emails and announcements, communicate directly with participants in both programs, help create content as needed for brand pages, help manage the digital ambassador internship's social media pages, assist in marketing and recruitment, and give insight from my experiences in the program as both a past ambassador and a team leader. I have appreciated the opportunity to contribute my ideas, which are often considered in decisions to ensure that both programs experience continuous improvement and growth.

I was a Team Leader for two years in ISRAEL21c's Digital Ambassador Internship. The program focuses on producing positive and apolitical content to deliver stories about Israeli culture and innovations coming out of Israel. As a team leader, I've managed two teams, the first comprised of four ambassadors and the second of five. We often work on multiple projects at once and in my role, I scheduled, planned, and facilitated weekly meetings to ensure that all team members were on the same page and drafts and final submissions for assigned projects were ready by the deadlines assigned.

I participated in the ISRAEL21c Digital Ambassador Program where I wrote articles, produced a variety of content and conducted outreach. helped me fine-tune my communication skills, create engaging narratives, and use digital platforms to share stories about Israeli culture and innovations. My experience in the program taught me valuable storytelling skills and engaged my interest in digital media.

I assist in the psychology and transportation lab at UCF to understand distracted driving and how certain variables influence results like whether individuals have ADHD or nomophobia (a condition where someone has a fear of being disconnected/apart from their phone).

I was an undergraduate teaching assistant for three classes over the span of two semesters. To be a teaching assistant for a psychology class at UCF, you must get an A in the course, complete FERPA training, and complete "PSY4942 Instructional Experiences in Undergraduate Psychology." As a psychology undergraduate teaching assistant (UTA) for the course, Psychology of Sexual Behavior, I assisted the professor in offering help to students. I was responsible for supporting the class by sending out reminders and other relevant information like extra credit opportunities or studying tips, responding to students when they asked for assistance with understanding the material or time management, etc., communicated with the professor, and stayed attentive by responding to students when they ask questions indirectly through multiple online discussion spaces.As an undergraduate teaching assistant for History and Systems in the Fall of 2023, I aid students in the learning of the material. The class covers a history of philosophy as it applies to psychology.As an undergraduate teaching assistant for Social Psychology in the Fall of 2023, I assisted and provided support to students so they have the opportunity to learn the material to the best of their ability.

I assisted with creating digital media content for clients through my role as an intern with Influential Collective as a part of a team of three.
