More than 4 years experience in a Construction Project Management, below is the summary of my duties and responsibilities:Project management- Responsible and focused on the technical details of mechanical, fire protection and plumbing works of the project.- Implement the Construction Project Management (CPM) Plan for the project and ensures that the contractors and suppliers comply with the established procedures and instruction ensuring the expeditious implementation and timely delivery of the project.- Supervises the progress of the project.- Attend and may conduct in the following meetings, preferably weekly:- Regular Project Site Staff Meeting - Project management Team Meeting - Construction Coordination or Technical Meeting/ Design Meeting- Other special meetings as required.- Prepares and issues minutes, when his presence is required in a meeting.2. Quality Management- Inspect the mechanical fire protection and plumbing components of the project.- Monitor the quality assurance and inspection works being conducted by the Contractors’ Quality Control.- Performs Quality assurance and quality control on all works and materials of contractors and suppliers through daily constructions observation and inspection.- Conduct regular project walk-thru together with the contractor to check on the progress of works and spot potential problems in terms of mechanical, fire protection, and plumbing make-up.- Issues corresponding Notice to Comply for each non-conformance discovered as to be compiled weekly and monthly for the endorsement to the Assistant CPM as to be included in the Monthly Project Update.- Monitors strict compliance to all government and private rules and regulations regarding architectural, civil and structural works.- Review and sign all Inspection Request Forms submitted by the contractors and supplier.- Conduct Plant and Off-site inspections to monitor progress of work and ensure timely delivery of material to the site; prepares weekly and monthly progress reports for endorsement to ACPM.- Witness material and product testing and validate test result.- Witness the start-up, testing, commissioning, turnover and acceptance of contractors’ and suppliers’ work or product.- Attend and may conduct in Walk-thru Meetings and Ocular Inspection when deemed necessary.- Prepares corresponding report for submission to CPM.3.
