As a lead instructor at Synergy Hockey, my job is to create the on-ice lesson plan for each day, evaluate player's skills and adapt drills to help them improve, assign staff roles daily, create performance evaluations of staff, keep track of hours worked for each staff member, manage behavioral issues, and represent Synergy Hockey as the head of each camp.
