-Supported the implementation of the largest guaranteed income project attempted in America (Chicago Resilient Communities Pilot), providing 5,000 low-income households 500 dollars monthly for one year.-Developed action-oriented frameworks that translated city, community, research, and end user values to a set of recommendations that determined pilot’s target population, eligibility requirements, and evaluation priorities. -Synthesized extensive research of 50+ active guaranteed income pilots to develop a program implementation toolkit and tailor a specific strategy to preserve existing benefits for participants.-Drafted Request-For-Proposals awarding $31.5 million to outreach and administration vendors, relying on knowledge of procurement best practices and subject areas expertise, to attract diverse, creative, and competitive delegate submissions. -Created a performance management strategy and process analyzing 175,000 applications to identify and spread effective outreach strategies that increased the share of Latinx applications 6.7 percentage points.-Executed a series of eight 90-minute workshops, communicating promising innovations in social service delivery and identifying partnership opportunities with 40 jurisdictions considering how to invest American Rescue Plan funds.

Handled all aspects of trip including travel, visas, housing, NYU Shanghai leadership, private sector, and government visits and meetings, and New York University registration. Responsible for keeping all program costs under 50,000USD. -Created and Managed NYU Shanghai Facebook and Twitter community and content. Developed social media strategy guide for Dean Eitan Zemel’s social media accounts. -Compiled daily NYU Shanghai Newsletter sent to entire university community.
