· Worked alongside 30 college students to implement a program that promoted a fun, safe, and unique camp experience for over 1000 campers· Mentored, encouraged, and instructed over 40 elementary boys through hang times, program interaction, and activity class coaching· Engaged in problem-solving skills to overcome difficult challenges faced by customers and outside circumstances· Practiced process improvement by actively searching for better alternatives and solutions to common problems faced on the worksite· Excelled in conflict resolution by talking and working through issues faced by counselors and other staff members

· Led 30 middle school and high school athletes to be confident and successful in their tennis ability· Encouraged these students to set high goals and to work well with their teammates· Equipped this group of students with the ability to problem solve and work through challenges faced on the tennis court
