I‘ve spent 15 years in various corners of mainly digital design with a key focus on creating social change. What excites me most is using my creativity to co-design digital environments that foster health and happiness. I pay particular attention to the emotional aspects of my designs and use a holistic and collaborative approach.I thrive in roles that provide a variety of challenges and have become adept at creating fit-for-purpose work processes in novel and changing environments.I have spent many years building up expertise in working with not for profits, particularly in health, environment and emergency response. I‘ve created award winning work for the Australian Red Cross, NSW Health, Reach Out mental health, Sound Storm hearing therapy, The Greens NSW and a number of member-owned super and health funds.As a team leader, I am known for bringing a huge amount of energy, a laser focus on quality and for keeping an eye out for the wellbeing of all team members.
