Eli has many years of experience in the OTT industry. He grew together with the development of Internet infrastructure and was a pioneer in managed service of video streaming over IP. Eli has been an active leader in both local and international projects, building and developing technical and technological platforms, business models, marketing and sales programs. With the added value of combined technical expertise and commercial skills, Eli provides a project package including project software, hardware and communication. He has provided OTT managed services to big platforms in Europe, delivering end-to-end video over IP solutions for millions of households via home STB and companion devices. As founder and COO of CastUP, he has hands-on experience in taking a small start-up through its merger into a large company – NDS, and its ultimate acquisition by Cisco where it was transformed into a business unit. In addition to the technical aspects, throughout the process Eli dealt with a wide spectrum of responsibilities including raising money from VCs, building a budget, reporting to the board, and interfacing with management and other senior positions in the companies.
