I manage a $115M CDR funding program run out of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. My portfolio includes: 1. CDR Purchase Pilot Prize ($35M): the CDR Purchase Pilot Prize is the first time ever that the US government will purchase CDR credits directly from the private sector--a monumental step toward accelerating the CDR marketplace, establishing clear, consistent MRV standards, and advancing CDR technologies.2. DAC Pilot Prize ($52.5M): the DAC Pilot Prize is the largest prize in DOE history. It will help DAC companies design, build, and operate novel DAC pilot facilities capable of capturing at least 500 TPA.

My work as Chief of Staff to the CEO had four pillars: 1. Internal process improvements: utilized my Lean Six Sigma training to help improve internal business operations as Infinicept scaled post-Series A. Focal areas included how key decisions were made, how information was distributed throughout the company, and where information was stored. 2. Cross-Departmental Initiatives: ran the initiatives that didn't fit neatly into a functional area. For example, new market entry and new product development. 3. Strategic Planning: managed the Quarterly Business Review process, our annual planning, and our Board of Directors meetings. 4. Leadership Support: was the force multiplier for the CEOs. Attended meetings on their behalf, made "two-way door" decisions, and coordinated with the rest of the Leadership Team.
