As a Lead Installer I was in charge of understanding the Scope of work. Coordinating the work to be performed with the General Constructor, All Trades Involved, Building Engineer and at times Building Owners. Read Drawings, Safe Off, Mark Devices and wires to be Demo, Mark Location of all New Devices to be Install, Troubleshoot, Repair, Asbuilt, Performed Pretest and Final Test with Fire Inspector or JHA. Also as a Lead Installer I was in charge of a small crew at times. I was in charge of explaining the Scope of work, guide them and give everyone a task, and double their work.
