Recruiting is my job title... but it's much more than that. During my extensive career in finding and obtaining talented people I have learned the value good employees bring to any organization. No business can be successful without positive, motivated, and happy people laying the foundation. Building a career as a recruiter has given me the opportunity to meet and get to know more people than I can count, and to help them and good organizations find each other.Human resources has also provided me with the opportunity to function in other roles outside of recruiting, so I've also handled employee relations, compensation, and communications in various capacities.
