I'm a senior at Eastern Kentucky University, earning my degree in Communication Studies. I have grown proficient in organizing events, leading small groups, and intercultural communication after working in customer service for 5 years. The reason I have continued to work in customer service is because I enjoy building and maintaining relationships with customers and co-workers. After I graduate in May of 2024, I plan on returning to India for two months where I've spent a total of four months living and learning among the local populations. My love for travel is fueled by my love for people, learning about other cultures, and engaging with other cultures. Upon my return, I plan on shifting my focus from customer service to organizational service. How can I evaluate and possibly improve culture within an organization?
