Starbucks Reserve Roastry And Tasting Room

As a barista at the Roastery, I assist my fellow baristas thru ambiguity; give them positive feedback, making the store a more inviting place of work. I also provide legendary customer service to create the elevated Starbucks experience, while assisting the shift managers in store operations and cleanliness. With great attention to detail reset the store each night, communicating both orally and writing new procedures with managers and baristas.
