I’m a self-taught, jack-of-all-trades (Master of Some)! My formative years were humble and blessed, learning the value of hard work, being content and that there is potential to achieve anything, so long as you used your brains and resources. Now, I apply those principles when tackling operational challenges or delivering best-in-class solutions to customers and stakeholders. As Director of Technical Services, I am at the intersection of engineering, operations, R&D, customer support, sales, application solutions, accounting and finance, M&A and just about everything else! I lead and develop our engineering, software and liquid feed teams, developing innovative technology, flexible platforms and customer-focused solutions. I partner with teams from multiple departments to implement organizational-wide initiatives, improve processes and ultimately enhance top and bottom line growth. I’m also a member of our Vision Team, which collaboratively executes ownership’s goals, including long-term strategic planning, short-term tactical deployment and enhancement of our core values of Service, Innovation and People. I most enjoy the variety of challenges inherent to a role that is diverse and interconnected. I partner with manufacturing to drive process improvements, product rationalization, inventory management and production enhancements. Our R&D team is incredible and I am at the tip of the spear when supporting field trials and bringing new products to market. Our continued growth has allowed me to champion acquisitions and product line integrations. When challenges arise, our 65+ reps reach out for support, delivering virtually or in-person, domestic or international, plant managers to C-level execs, or even our customer’s customer; no matter the problem, we’ll find an answer.
