• Accountable for the operational effectiveness of the NOC by helping administer business processes, maintaining cross-functional working relationships and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate NOC work schedules and assignments
• Make hiring recommendations
• Perform moderately complex fault management and configuration tasks in response to critical issues or part of capacity planning
• Provide staff training & mentoring to NOC team members
• Own the service alert/outage process by acting as incident commander to quickly resolve or mitigate customer impacting issues

• Define and improve standard operating procedures
• Provide accurate root cause analysis for all incidents
• Utilize monitoring tools to provide 24/7 support for issues found in production applications, servers, and networks
• Proactively detect issues and work with Cloud Operations team members to prevent service interruptions, maintain availability, and collaborate on improving system monitoring
• Manage incident response and resolve customer reported issues within SLA
• Perform maintenance procedures as defined in operational guidelines
