Conducted five internal/external interviews to create two strategy memos for PowerCorpsPHL's Technical Assistance (TA) team. The first memo, a “Framework for Success”, measured the TA team's support of PowerCorpsPHL’s clients. The second memo, a recommendation on “Exporting the PowerCorpsPHL Model”, described what core support the organization should give clients. This work was funded through the Freedom Summer Fellowship at MIT.

Conducted nine interviews in Spanish and English with government employees working in Mexico City’s Digital Agency for Public Innovation (ADIP) with a focus on how the agency developed the Mexico City Key (Llave CDMX) single sign-on system. Wrote a case study documenting the legal and technical genesis of Mexico City Key.
