For close to 6 years, I have dedicated myself to launching, building and scaling MindBridge. Through our combined efforts, we have gained market acceptance, we were recognized by world leading institutions such as Forbes and the World Economic Forum as an industry pioneer and gone on to secure marquis, scale up customers. After spending 43 blissful years founding/cofounding/growing and realizing significant value uplift across multiple technology companies, I have made the decision, to step back from the day-to-day operations of the company and to focus more time and energy on my family and continue to serve MindBridge as the Chair of the Board. We have been fortunate to have assembled a strong leadership team with world-class talent as we accelerate the MindBridge growth journey.MindBridge has been one of my most rewarding experiences in leading a company that will have an ever-lasting impact on the industry and society as a whole. There are two initiatives that touch me more than others. The first is the launching of the Impact AI conference to advance the Canada’s agenda on Artificial Intelligence. The second is the creation of the HERoes initiative, in cooperation with leading Academic institutions in Ottawa, to highlight the need to promote and advance gender equality and attract more women into leadership positions within the High Tech and AI sector. These initiatives are enshrined in my personal annals as distinct moments that have truly made a difference to causes, I deeply care about.
