MindBridge has been one of my most rewarding experiences in leading a company that will have an ever-lasting impact on the industry and society as a whole. For close to 6 years, I have dedicated myself to launching, building and scaling MindBridge. Through our combined efforts, we have gained market acceptance, we were recognized by world leading institutions such as Forbes and the World Economic Forum as an industry pioneer and gone on to secure marquis, scale up customers. After spending 43 blissful years founding/cofounding/growing and realizing significant value uplift across multiple technology companies, I have made the decision, to step back from the day-to-day operations of the company and to focus more time and energy on my family and continue to serve MindBridge as the Chair of the Board. We have been fortunate to have assembled a strong leadership team with world-class talent as we accelerate the MindBridge growth journey.MindBridge has been one of my most rewarding experiences in leading a company that will have an ever-lasting impact on the industry and society as a whole. There are two initiatives that touch me more than others. The first is the launching of the Impact AI conference to advance the Canada’s agenda on Artificial Intelligence. The second is the creation of the HERoes initiative, in cooperation with leading Academic institutions in Ottawa, to highlight the need to promote and advance gender equality and attract more women into leadership positions within the High Tech and AI sector. These initiatives are enshrined in my personal annals as distinct moments that have truly made a difference to causes, I deeply care about.

Co-founder and co-CEO of Fluidware Corporation from inception until the acquisition by SurveyMonkey on August 2014 and worked on integration after acquisition until April 2015. The company has grown from 2 people in 2008 to over 70 employees in Canada and over 15 staff overseas with 10,000+ paying customers from over 50 countries around the world. The company’s FluidSurveys product has become the leading online survey provider in Canada and is taught in several universities and colleges including Algonquin College – other clients include Coca-Cola, Groupon, StarWood Hotels, MIT, Harvard, McAfee and Intel.

Following an investment from Newbridge Networks in 1996, the company shifted its focus to developing products dedicated to the provision of video over IP solutions, changed its name to Telexis Corporation, and led the company growth to 180 employees. In May 2000, Terry Matthews acquired a controlling interest in the company, became the CEO, changed the name to March Networks. Eli served as the Executive VP for Business Development at March Networks until August 2001.

Eli found Applied Silicon Inc. Canada to provide engineering consulting services to the private and public sectors and built into a 50 person company.
