I co-own and manage Franklin Brothers Landscape, LLC, the associated employees, development strategies, and ethical growth. I implement sustainable practices including establishing Quiet Cut Electric Lawn Care, becoming the third carbon neutral business in Indiana, and establishing a variety of other eco-conscious work methods. I further the mission of the company through leading software integration, customer retention, RFPs, employee benefits, marketing campaigns, and supply chain management. I am currently working to establish two new roles (Director of Operations & Commercial Account Representative) as well as establishing SOPs to increase our employee's efficiency.
