About Eli Garcia

I thrive on competition. Not in a rude way or anything like that. I just really want to win at absolutely everything I try. If I think that I am or am proven to be inadequate at a particular task, I will try so hard that it will almost come off as ridiculous. I was once called slow at typing by my Director of Guest Services so for 2 years straight I googled typing lessons and would practice incessantly every day.Now that being said, I truly believe in team work and that no one person is greater than the entire team. Once you are able to properly motivate a team and get people working together, watch out! Amazing things can happen. It's these amazing things that can happen that motivate me so much. I am crazy about systems and believe that if they are there, they should be fully understood and utilized to their greatest potentials. I am also crazy about integrating systems. It's all a large puzzle to me and boy do I love puzzles! Once you get multiple systems connecting with each other, it can save an immense amount of time. Lastly, I am a people person. I talk too much and too loud most of the time, but it comes from a genuine excitement in talking to people. I like knowing what's going on and communicating with people. I take pride in trying my best to be a person who can have a conversation about anything at all.
