As a support staff, my job is to stay in a constant move for the entire shift as our nights are consistently busy. I run food and drinks, buss tables, polish crystal, silver, and glassware, make sure the bathroom stays clean, pre-buss tables as well as pack up food for customers and throw out all garbage, recycling, and put out all linen bags in the ally when the night is done. As a back server, I stay behind the bar taking customers orders, providing them with any information they need on our menu, coursing out their meal, bussing and pre-bussing all bar seating, polishing all barware, making sure the customers at the bar have an overall great experience.
