I am able to roll up my sleeves and work in the trenches, then turn around and specialize in establishing HR as a strategic business partner, ensuring human capital needs are consistently met, solidifying HR’s seat at the table.I have started out as an "HR Department of One" in entrepreneurial environments reporting directly to the CEO and have grown HR into a full function, ready for rapid growth and up scale. Additionally I have taken leadership roles in well established Fortune 500 environments with over 20 direct reports, and am able to drive cultural transformation and lead growth strategy. I have served industries such as retail, grocery, restaurant, pharmacy, financial services, distribution, logistics and manufacturing. I also have significant Operations experience in driving sales, merchandising and marketing with full P&L accountability in retail operations leadership roles I held earlier in my career.
