We delivered some of the highest performing buildings in the region and continue to be sought out for unique and challenging jobs that no other design/build firm could deliver, but as of Jan 1, 2018 we have shifted to owner consulting only. My past employees (of PreCraft, Inc.) are all transitioned to continuous service to local clientele, and I am maintaining my great consulting relationships (through STIX, L3C). I still work directly as an owner's agent on pilot projects, especially where it continues my technical alliance with innovation managers in some leading companies in the HVAC, high performance envelope, and mass timber fields. In a time where cross border examples of collaboration are more important than ever, watch for us also to promote the complementary work we are doing for the Quebec advanced construction, prefab, and BIM practice communities, as that comes together in great buildings around the northeast. Assisted and played a key role in the start-up and rapid growth of Quebec City's premier automated timber frame manufacturing company. Developed and trained their own engineering, permit drawing, and sales force through the successful delivery of over 70 high end timber frames in their local market.

Leadership position on small home design initiative and R&D projects like the Open_1 Prototype with MIT and CMRC. 3D CAD/CAM tool and process development, and design studio leadership, with the Swiss software Cadwork.

Began my experience-based track to architectural licensure by working at one of Vermont's leading green architectural firms, when they were still a small office. Worked with the principal on design submittals, took project leadership of small municipal design jobs, and helped the firm develop their project portfolio for sales purposes.
