Works in Development Department in the role of Board designer in the field of Digital, Analog and Power. Designing drivers for servo motors & high precision motion controllers. POD lab work - Bring up, Validation & debugging of prototypes, using all types of equipment – Oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators, etc. Designing high voltage and high current Power supply. Work with NPI to assist in transfer to production. My job includes:· Receiving the technical specifications and preparing presentation of the PDR accordingly.· Electrical board design in OrCAD.· Tightly working with mechanical designers to create mechanical 3D modeling & drawings of the product and cards.· Structured development process according to work procedures – PDR, CDR, etc.· Edit the PCBs layout tightly with PCB Editor using Allegro.· Preparation of production files and ordering the circuits from production.· Preparation of a test document for the POD.· Receiving the assembled boards and performing POD tests with a proper report.

Preparations for Proper Audit (ISO) and responsible for various quality issues and workplace safety issues. Member of the company's safety committee. Responsible for the Testing Equipment's of all the departments.

Distributed wired and wireless in communication between them and with SCADA and MMI systems.
