From guiding hunters at a young age, I have been dealing with high-level clients whose professions range from doctors, lawyers, real estate moguls and more. Many late nights and early mornings of physical labor taught me the purpose of work, delayed gratification and being a provider for not only my family but for the land and animals that I serve. I had no idea of the value of these skill sets, until I played Power 5 college football at Texas Tech University. Being a 4-year starter, 2-time team captain, All-Big 12 performer on both the field and the classroom was no easy task. Especially, while earning my Masters in Personal Financial Planning however, my upbringing and work ethic allowed me to persevere my athletic and academic goals. After graduation, I pursued a career in professional football. Throughout the off seasons, being released or spending time on practice squads for several professional teams in the NFL, CFL, and USFL, I was fortunate to be mentored by a financial advisor who represented several professional athletes in both the NFL and MLB. Also, during these times of uncertainty in my professional football career, I began to obtain all necessary securities licenses to become an investment advisor and financial advisor. Once I passed all necessary licenses, my brother and I created Silverback Financial. Since May 2022, I have been Co-Owner, the principal of investments, Chief Financial Officer, and the primary wealth manager for company leading to countless clients appropriately and ethically serviced.
