A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville Tickle College of Engineering with a degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering (2021). Currently working as a Packaging Engineer envisioning, designing, creating, implementing, and optimizing NEW and existing packaging for the Colgate-Palmolive North America Oral Care Supply Chain. Specifically based out of the largest Colgate-Palmolive manufacturing site in the U.S., I am also responsible for leading efforts on Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization while maintaining growth along avenues of quality assurance, cost savings, new product development, sustainability improvements, and many others.In addition to my current role, I have past experience in other FDA regulated consumer goods manufacturing with my experience as a Supply Chain Leader with Frito-Lay where I led a team of 20+ associates driving efficiencies, continuous improvement efforts, team cohesiveness, and strong quality principles.
