I am an attorney with the Finney Law Firm, LLC, which focuses on the needs of our commercial and individual clients in the areas of business formation and development, real estate and title insurance, taxation, estate planning and probate, labor and employment law, business and commercial litigation, public interest law, bankruptcy, property tax valuation, personal injury and wrongful death. My practice is concentrated in the areas of Business Formation and Development, Real Estate Law and Title Insurance, Estate Planning and Probate Administration.I am also the Commercial Attorney for Ivy Pointe Title, LLC. From retail, office and apartment buildings, to manufacturing and distribution facilities, I have experience with both simple and sophisticated real estate transactions. My clients include investors and developers in Ohio and Kentucky, as well as local and national lenders.I graduated from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, majoring in Finance and Operation Management and minoring in Psychology and earned my J.D. cum laude in 2016 from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law. While in law school, I also served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Northern Kentucky Law Review and was a volunteer for the Chase Street Law Program.
