Eli Kramer has been a principal in real estate development companies since 1976, constructing over 6,000 units of housing in addition to developing retail and office space. He is the owner of CJ Management, LLC (www.cjmgmt.com), a real estate management company that oversees the management of residential and commercial properties. Eli Kramer is Managing Director of the Residential Group at Arcturus Group, LLC (www.arcturusgrp.com), a fully integrated real estate asset management company that provides investment, operating and special situation advisory services to institutional investors. Since joining Arcturus in 2008, Mr. Kramer and his team have provided a variety of underwriting, asset management and litigation services to institutional investors on over $3 billion of debt and equity investments. Mr. Kramer served on the Board of Directors of Sun National Bancorp (NASDAQ-SNBC) and its predecessor from 1997 to 2018. As a Board member, he served on the Executive, Compensation & Personnel (chair) and Credit Committees as well as serving as Chairman of the Independent Directors. Mr. Kramer was a founder of the Community Bank of New Jersey in Freehold, NJ, where he also served as Vice-Chairman of the Board for seven years. Prior to founding Community Bank, he was a co-founder and Director of Colonial State Bank, where he served for two years as Chairman of the Board. He has earned a Bachelor’s of Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.
