This blend of technical skill and business acumen has been instrumental in my career.Professionally, my career took off as an Installer at B & B Fence, where I honed my skills in fence installation and learned the nuances of this trade. My dedication and hard work quickly elevated me to a Foreman position at Commercial Fence, where I managed teams and projects, ensuring quality and efficiency in our work.In 2002, I joined Value Fence as a Foreman, further developing my leadership skills and industry knowledge. My ability to manage large-scale projects and lead teams effectively was recognized, leading me to a Superintendent role at All Star Fence. Here, I oversaw multiple projects, ensuring they were completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.The pinnacle of my career came in 2013 when I founded A1 Fence LV. As the Owner, I have not only applied my extensive experience in installation and project management but also in overseeing business operations. My role involves strategic planning, team leadership, client relations, and ensuring that every project reflects the high standards I've set throughout my career.My journey has been more than just building fences; it's been about creating lasting relationships, mentoring the next generation of professionals, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what's possible in our industry.
