Hi, I'm Eli!I am a college student pursuing a future in disaster relief and ministry/humanitarian work, with a passion to be a light to others, in both leadership and discipleship. I completed HS at the age of 17, as well as one year of Trade School in carpentry. On completion of Trade School, following the footsteps of my grandfather, I was hired into a professional construction crew, where I saved up money to enter college. I am currently majoring in Communications at Tulsa Community College, holding a 4.0 GPA in my final semester. There, I am an inducted member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, Phi Theta Kappa, and the Society of Professional Journalists to further my growth as a leader. I believe strong and effective communication is vital in almost every situation, and I have built my life around it. I have been in leadership in youth ministry, adult ministry, community service, and first-response, with a natural love for speaking and writing. I write, create, and perform music, with various stringed instruments, have handed in many A+ papers, given speeches, conducted research, and preached. With my Communications degree from Tulsa Community College, first-response (waterfront lifeguard), and carpentry experience, I plan to transfer to John Brown University, for a B.S. in Humanitarian and Disaster Relief come Spring 2025. This is so I may combine my talents in the pursuit of helping others in crisis, and fight for life, all to the glory of God.
