Leading Technician, responsible for managing facility systems and assets, maintenance operations, new capital construction operations, O&M facility and capital project budgets, and regulatory compliance at a state-of-the-art, multimillion-dollar Solar gas turbine facility. Assists in directing a multi-disciplinary team of employees, consisting of multifaceted technical operations personnel, as well as collaborating with vendors to set-up supply chains and procure technical subcontractors for specialty projects. Lead industrial construction, expansion, and capital installation projects, including new compressor station projects. Provide leadership and oversight over all project activities, including budgets, labor allocation, project operations, and equipment coordination.Proven Success & Impact: Manage and direct monthly/annual O&M facility budgets and a $2M annual capital projects budget. Actively stress safety at every opportunity, resulting in an outstanding record of zero safety accidents and associated time lost incidents. Successfully assisted with multiple new compressor station construction and expansions projects throughout Ohio. Operations-critical Field Service Representative, tasked with helping lead various on-site technical operations and projects in the Midwest/Eastern United States Terex Services area, including multimillion dollar capital projects, facility electrical upgrades with VFD installations, and crane servicing and installation operations. Successfully completed advanced electrical and technical training classes provided by Terex Services. Served as the primary on-call point of contact for operations in the Midwest/Eastern United States Terex Services area, including emergency technical issues and requests. Developed efficiency-boosting system enhancements within facility electrical systems, leading to increased overall output efficiency and large cost savings.  Selected to serve in an additional capacity as Occupational Safety Coordinator for Terex Services in Columbus. Duties included managing in-depth regulatory compliance, life safety systems, fire protection, and lock-out tag-out (LOTO) equipment during cleaning and maintenance operations.

Compressor Station Engineer, responsible for strategically managing a wide variety of specialized compressed gas processing equipment and engines at the Sugar Grove Columbia Gas Transmission station. Utilized sophisticated engine analysis equipment (Windrock) to balance firing pressures, adjust timing, and fuel pressures and achieve optimum efficiency and reliability. Performed all aspects of troubleshooting, rebuilding, and repairing Cooper Bessemer, DeLaval, Waukesha, and Worthington natural gas reciprocating engines and compressor packages. Additionally, as Station Maintenance Coordinator, led a large multi-disciplinary maintenance team, and utilized work order management systems to track maintenance schedules and work orders across systems and equipment. Established priorities for maintenance based on the statuses of systems, and equipment, working to ensure minimal station downtime. Upheld operational control plans, processes, and procedures that maintained quality and performance excellence. Actively maintained all environmental, health, and safety (HSE) and housekeeping standards associated with operations. Additionally, managed and issued all lockout-tagout (LOTO) permits for maintenance operations. Designed and implemented a new oil/coolant fill system that prevented accidental product waste. Successfully achieved employer-based NDT certifications in Ultrasonic, Liquid Penetrant, and Magnetic Particle methods of inspection.
