As a Lead Manager, my role is a key part in conducting day-to-day business with sellers. I prospect, set-appointments, and work with my territory team daily in training and setting goals. - Prospect for new business and follow up with leads.- Appointment setting, hitting revenue targets, responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads), and cold calling.- Accurately qualify potential customers and set appointments with our field agents.- Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections.- Practice, memorize and internalize company ‘scripts’.

•Support players, coaches, and basketball operations staff personnel with all matters related to equipment & apparel, manage the on-court identity of our team & promote the advancement of our success.• Responsible for all pre-game locker room and courtside set-up of game equipment.• Responsible for all post-game locker room and courtside tear down.•Maintenance, transportation, storage, cleaning, and liquidation of a wide range of gear.•Supply 70+ gear bags for support staff and players before training camp which requires high attention to detail.•Keep a current and steady inventory of all equipment / gear that is coming and going before, during and after the season.•Assist with all practices and game-day shoot around for the Trail Blazers and visiting teams, including but not limited to, assisting the visiting team locker room on game day and helping with any laundry needs for visiting teams when necessary.•Provide proper equipment on-site and off-site.•Arrive at game venues early to confirm the necessary equipment is available to the players beforehand. Ensure all team equipment is appropriately placed.• Responsible for managing Team Attendants on game nights as well as scheduling and payroll throughout the season
