My roots trace back to Alaska's challenging terrains, where I absorbed values like hard work, integrity, and innovative problem-solving from a very young age. My early years were deeply connected to commercial fishing and building custom homes with my father. At 18, my journey in San Diego began with just a shovel and unyielding determination. Over the years, I've climbed the ranks from a laborer to an operator, from a foreman to a superintendent, and from a project manager to VP & operations manager.
