I started as a junior - withtelephone interviews. 6 months later I was offered to be trained forJunior project manager mainly in field design. I was trained in the steps thatis started before the project itself is launched in the field, organization of supervisorsby regions, interviewers. A few months later, training in processing beganof data, namely coding, data analysis and inclusion in the preparation ofreports at the end of a project. I am already working on other projects thatare more specific, but the logic is the same. I deal with the organizational part ofpreparation, field exposure, human management and data processing, anot only with data processing.
