My real estate career began twenty years ago in residential mortgages in Southern California which transitioned into property management in South Florida. I have managed over 3000 units ranging from single family homes owned by small investors to 400 unit high-rise buildings with third party owners to Condo associations. As a real estate investor, I know the importance of due diligence, market research, and constant revenue and expense analysis and monitoring. Any successful real estate professional knows you must be a jack of all trades, which I have learned to be. I enjoy learning and take pride in exploring the real estate world. In order to successfully manage my multi-family buildings and become more knowledgeable in construction and maintenance, I handled all maintenance repairs and completed a full renovation of my properties. Having hands on experience taught me to properly supervise maintenance personnel in the Property Management world.I have a passion for multi-family real estate. That passion lured me to the Washington D.C. area to further my career and increase my real estate knowledge. After several years in D.C. I returned home to South Florida.
