Since moving to Israel from Montreal, Canada in 1978, we have been active in the Israeli real estate market, representing buyers, sellers and investors. We are very well established in the Israeli real estate/business community and source deals and properties for both foreign and local investors in residential, commercial and development.We sold the landmark site of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences to the Paul Reichmann Group and subsequently pre sold a large percent of the residential units to foreign buyers before breaking ground.We are very active in the US (Canada) real estate market where we have recently closed one financing placement for a US developer and sold two income producing properties in Manhattan to Israeli investors.We are constantly seeking off market investment opportunities for Israeli and European investors.We are active in funding Tama 38 projects around the country. We are able to offer investors high yields on secured investments. We offer to partner with developers who need funding for their project.
