People Analytics Partner
Current- Serve as a strategic people analytics partner for HR leadership supporting 2 major business areas(Leadership & Talent Development, Corporate Functions HR) so that they’re best equipped to bring people data insights to the clients they support throughout the business (including the company’sC-suite)- Develop Qlik dashboards starting from the initial data model to end-user testing as part of aself-service product delivery model tailored to key stakeholders across the HR organization- Communicate the “story” behind the data as a first point of contact between the People Analytics teamand the rest of the HR organization, answering questions and conducting ad-hoc analysis as needed
